BTS member Kim Taehyung, popularly known as V, has sparked excitement among fans in Pakistan and across South Asia after sharing his interest in visiting the region during a social media conversation.
The interaction began when a Pakistani fan invited V to visit Pakistan. Responding with a smile, V asked whether he would “get to eat biryani and kadhi” during his stay—prompting a wave of enthusiastic reactions from fans online.
Following V’s comments, Pakistani ARMY members began sharing pictures and messages featuring biryani and kadhi, using the moment to warmly invite the singer to their country. The exchanges quickly expanded beyond food as fans continued to post celebratory content and highlight their local culture, hoping V’s curiosity would translate into a future visit.
During the same online session, V also spoke with fans from other South Asian countries. When asked by an Indian fan about the possibility of a BTS visit to India, he said he would like to travel there in the future. However, no official schedule or confirmed dates related to BTS’s “Yet to be announced/ongoing Arya Ring World Tour” plans for South Asia have been public so far.
He also addressed Bangladeshi fans, telling them that he has learned about famous places in their country and expressed a special desire to visit Cox’s Bazar and the Pink Palace Museum. His remarks were met with immediate enthusiasm from fans, many of whom described the comments as a meaningful sign of BTS’s continued interest in the region.
While BTS enjoys millions of fans in Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh, the group has not yet held concerts in South Asia. At the same time, their management has not formally announced any potential tour stops or official South Asia leg details.
