KANDHKOT: Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said on Saturday that his party will reveal the true face of Prime Minister Imran Khan before the public.
The PPP chairman was addressing a gathering in Kandhkot, a day before the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) marches towards the federal capital.
Bilawal said that he will burst the bubble of the government’s performance façade, revealing its incompetence. He said that it is not the ‘Naya Pakistan’ as promised by the prime minister before elections.
Bilawal said that Imran Khan made lofty claims before the elections but miserably failed to deliver on them.
He said that inflation is at an all-time-high and people have been rendered jobless in the country.
“Is this the new Pakistan? The old Pakistan was much better than this,” he said. The PPP chairman also chanted the slogans with the crowd.
He said former president Asif zardari will bear oppression but will never bow down before the government. Bilawal said his father has been jailed without any crime and is deprived of medical care.
He said economic stability has been compromised and heavy taxes were imposed. He added that people were rendered jobless, economy was on the brink of collapse, while inflation was at an all-time high in the country.
