SUKKUR: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Syed Khursheed Shah will be presented before the accountability court today in the assets case.
A strict security arrangement has been made for Khursheed Shah’s arrival in the accountability court.
Earlier on Tuesday, the National Accountability Bureau NAB decided to form a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to probe into the case against Shah.
Khursheed Shah was arrested on 18th September by the NAB arrested in assets beyond known source of income case. The NAB of Rawalpindi and Sukkur jointly carried the raid to arrest Shah. He was arrested from his house in Bani Gala.

Shah is facing charges of making assets amounting to Rs500 billion through illegal means.
According to the document, he faces charges of transferring an amnesty plot in Sukkur, Rohri, and Karachi.
It further reveals that Glamour Bungalow, Junejo Flour Mills, Mukesh Flour Mills including 83 other properties were made under Shah’s frontman, Pehlaj Rai.
