Apple has officially announced the launch date for its much-awaited iPhone 17 series, which will be unveiled later this year at the company’s headquarters, Apple Park in California.
Alongside the iPhone 17 lineup, Apple is also expected to introduce the Apple Watch Series 11 and AirPods Pro 3 during the same event.
What to Expect from iPhone 17 Series?
Leaks and reports over the past months have already revealed most of the expected details. The biggest highlight will be the introduction of a brand-new model: the iPhone 17 Air.
iPhone 17 Air:
Apple’s thinnest-ever iPhone, replacing the iPhone 16 Plus.
Features a single 48MP rear camera.
Focused more on sleek design rather than major feature upgrades.
iPhone 17 Pro & Pro Max:
Apple is set to redesign the rear camera layout for the first time since the iPhone 11 (2020).
The traditional square camera module will be replaced with a design similar to Google Pixel’s pill-shaped camera bar.
Upgraded Dynamic Island for the front camera.
A19 chip, faster MagSafe charging, and improved Liquid Glass interface on iOS 26.
iPhone 17 Pro Max will feature a larger battery, while the standard iPhone 17 will get an improved refresh rate display.
