As we know how things have gotten ugly in Feroze Khan and his wife Syeda Aliza Sultan’s maintenance case and currently battling the custody of children.
The couple is officially divorced and a custody and rights battle is going on in court. Here are the follow-up points of the ongoing maintenance case:
According to Syeda Aliza Sultan’s lawyer:
- The claims of Feroze Khan’s lawyers about submitting fake documents in court are false.
- There has been no maintenance for 2.5 months.
- As per Islamic law, the father is solely responsible for the maintenance of his children.
- Aliza’s lawyer submitted the document as proof of Aliza’s Instagram posts which are 100 percent authentic and all the reports and medical documents are 100 percent real.
Feroze Khan’s lawyer stance:
Feroze Khan’s lawyer urged the public and actors not to pass any judgment.
He also requests everyone to stop doing campaigns on social media until the truth comes out.

Feroze’s lawyer claimed that Aliza’s family misguided the court and she never came up with any applications.
As per him, Aliza’s lawyer submitted unsigned drafts in court, which are prohibited in court.
He said as a lawyer he can do arguments on unsigned drafts but will not do it because Aliza’s the mother of minors, and public should wait for the truth to come out then they should speak.
Apart from the case, Feroze Khan’s lawyer also complained about fellow actors of Khan who spoke against him and while mentioning Ushna Shah, he said that if she can stand in solidarity with Salman Iqbal, then she should have stood in solidarity with Feroze too.
