KARACHI: Pakistan Captain Azhar Ali seemed excited to lead the historic test match against Sri Lanka, which will be played in Karachi on Thursday.
In an interview, Azhar Ali said, “I can’t wait for the toss. The whole team is excited for the match against Sri Lanka, Pakistan holds an excellent record of wins in National Stadium Karachi.”

Moreover, It should be noted that Pakistan’s left-arm spinner Usman Shinwari is likely to miss the second test as he is suffering from fever. ”
Chief Selector  Misbah ul Haq said Usman is under treatment and may not play the second test.

However, Leg Spinner Yasir Shah will play the second match against Sri Lanka in Karachi’s National Stadium.
Kashif Bhatti is likely to be played in the second test. Security forces have taken all measures to provide foolproof security ahead of the match.
