NAWABSHAH: A high-speeding oil-tanker overturned on the National highway road near Qazi Ahmed, district Nawabshah.
According to the reports, the oil tanker overturned due to the over-speeding spilling over 44,000 liters of fuel on the road. After the accident was reported, police, administration teams and rescue workers immediately rushed to the site of the incident.
The traffic on the side of the highway was closed down in order to avoid any unfortunate event.

Last week, an oil tanker overturned at Indus Highway near Ghala Mandi Road, Kandhkot, spilling 40 thousand liters of diesel. The incident occurred due to negligence of the driver who also received injuries.
The rescue teams had arrived on the site of the accident on time and shifted the injured to the nearby hospital. However, the police officers have sealed the road for traffic to avoid any major mishap.
