Brooklyn Peltz, the son of David and Victoria Beckham, is apparently permanently cutting ties with his family, as social media buzzes with another public spat involving a celebrity family.
“I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private,” the 26-year-old has spoken out for the first time and acknowledged the feud between him and his family in an Instagram post.
Brooklyn accused his parents of manipulating media coverage of the family and trying to “ruin” his relationship with his wife Nicola Peltz.

“Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.
“I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.
One can’t help noticing that a large part of the statement centered on his relationship with his wife, an American actress and the daughter of billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz, whom he said had been “consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we’ve tried to come together as one”.

He accused his parents of attempting to derail their wedding, alleging that his fashion designer mother had “cancelled making Nicola’s dress at the very last moment, despite her excitement of wearing one her designed dresses.

However, it should be noted that back when the reports emerged, it was alleged that Nicola had refused to wear one of Victoria Beckham’s designs.
Later in the statement, Brooklyn claims his mother “hijacked” his first dance with Nicola and danced “uncomfortable”.
