KARACHI: The latest exchange rates for the US dollar, British pound, euro, Saudi riyal and other major foreign currencies have been released for Pakistan’s open and interbank markets.
According to rates updated at around 11:00 a.m. on September 15, 2026, the US dollar was being bought at Rs278.00 and sold at Rs278.35 in the open market.
The British pound was quoted at Rs375.59 for buying and Rs379.78 for selling, while the euro was available at Rs321.56 for buying and Rs325.53 for selling.
The Saudi riyal was being bought at Rs73.95 and sold at Rs74.50, whereas the UAE dirham stood at Rs75.60 for buying and Rs76.43 for selling.
The Canadian dollar was quoted at Rs199.04 for buying and Rs204.75 for selling, while the Australian dollar stood at Rs197.25 for buying and Rs201.55 for selling.
The Chinese yuan was being bought at Rs38.27 and sold at Rs38.99, while the Japanese yen was quoted at Rs1.7339 for buying and Rs1.8337 for selling.
Interbank Rates
In the interbank market, the US dollar was quoted at Rs277.20 for bank buying and Rs277.70 for bank selling.
The British pound stood at Rs373.80 for buying and Rs374.48 for selling, while the euro was quoted at Rs319.81 for buying and Rs320.39 for selling.
The Saudi riyal was available at Rs73.80 for buying and Rs73.93 for selling.
The Swiss franc was quoted at Rs338.81 for buying and Rs339.42 for selling, while the Singapore dollar stood at Rs217.97 for buying and Rs218.37 for selling.
The Hong Kong dollar was quoted at Rs35.33 for buying and Rs35.40 for selling.
