The District and Sessions Court South Karachi has formally indicted accused Anmol alias Pinky in a case involving qatl-bis-sabab (homicide resulting from an unlawful act).
The case against Anmol alias Pinky, popularly known as the “Cocaine Queen,” was heard in the court of the District and Sessions Judge South, where the court formally framed charges against the accused.
Appearing before the court via video link, Anmol Pinky pleaded not guilty and denied the allegations leveled against her.
As the proceedings moved forward, the court issued notices to all witnesses and directed the prosecution witnesses to appear before the court by the next hearing on September 3.
It is pertinent to note that a case of qatl-e-khata (accidental/unintentional homicide) has been registered against Anmol Pinky at Baghdadi Police Station.
