LAHORE: Details have surfaced about the husband of popular Pakistani actor Momina Iqbal following her recent marriage, according to media reports.
Momina Iqbal, known for her performances in several popular television dramas, recently tied the knot in Lahore. Her pre-wedding events, including Mayun, Mehndi, and Dua-e-Khair, along with the Nikah ceremony, have already taken place, with photos and videos widely circulating on social media.
According to media reports, her husband Hamza Habib belongs to Lahore and is a successful and financially stable businessman who has largely stayed away from the media spotlight.
In recent days, Hamza Habib has also come into the public eye after reportedly speaking out in support of his wife in connection with allegations of harassment and threats involving a Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA.
He stated that his engagement with Momina Iqbal took place with mutual consent between both families, adding that the two families share long-standing friendly relations. The couple reportedly solemnized their Nikah in a private ceremony at the end of May 2026.
Earlier, Momina Iqbal revealed through a social media story that she and her family had allegedly received death threats from a powerful political figure, prompting an investigation by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency.
