Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat has issued a clarification regarding reports about an extension in holidays for educational institutions across the province.

The minister rejected rumours circulating on social media, stating that all schools and colleges will reopen according to the officially announced schedule. He confirmed that all educational institutions will resume classes from 12 January.
