An unfortunate incident took place in Karachi’s Sakhi Hasan Chowrangi where a 35-year-old security guard opened fire on a 24-year-old TikToker for filming in public who succumbed to death on the spot.
What actually happened?
As per the police, the security guard who has been identified as Ahmed Gul opened fire on a TikToker named Saad Ahmed who was making a TikTok video near Sereena Mobile Mall in the Buffer Zone area of Karachi.
The security guard stopped the young man who was filming a TikTok clip at Serena Mobile Market near Chowrangi and barred him from making a TikTok video, directing him to leave.
Upon ignoring his instructions, the guard then opened fire on him.

What happened to the TikToker?
Saad died on the spot, and the body was shifted to the hospital for post-mortem.
Where is the security guard?
The guard was soon arrested after the outrage and was transferred to the police station, where further investigation is underway.
It’s an eye-opening incident for Pakistanis as such incidents where TikTokers are dying due to the creating content publically are increasing day by day.
A few years ago, a TikToker named Hamidullah was killed as he pretended to shoot himself while being filmed by friends for a TikTok video, unaware the gun was loaded.
Moreover, a security guard was killed in Karachi while toying with his rifle as he filmed a TikTok clip, while a teenager died after being struck by a train while filming for the app in Rawalpindi. Mind you, all these incidents have happened in recent years.
