Most of the people who join our circle of friends are those who do not have access to the centers of power and decisions. So whatever comments they are making before us on any national or global situation are just hypothetical projections based on “ignorance”. Our reference is to those slanderers in the gatherings, whose constant slandering misleads even the great personalities by leading them to a wrong opinion. This is what is being seen continuously about the Palestine issue.
He who does not even know all the people in his street is trying to convince us that he knows everything about the Muslim countries on the issue of Palestine. And so the first propaganda starts that no Muslim country is doing anything. Now you can hear the noise starting from another side. If you look at them, there are two groups. One of these groups exaggerates to such an extent that they put the whole issue of Palestine in Iran’s arms. And the second group is making such a big deal that it almost leaves Iran out of the picture. So let us try to understand the recent activities of this issue in the light of bitter facts.
The infamous Arab nationalism is a reaction to centuries of Turkish nationalism. It is an undeniable fact that whites have no superiority over blacks in Islam, but in our political system these “ things” have always existed. For example, the Quraysh’s right to caliphate and then the Umayyad-Abbasid distinction were only racist preferences. If you want to see a precedent for this in recent history, look no further than the 1990s “caliphate” in Afghanistan. In which the Kandahari Caliph had imposed Kandaharis on every province of the country.
In the same way, no matter how much you call the Ottoman Caliphate “Islamic Caliphate”, it was a “Turkish Caliphate”. So the situation was that even the Imams, Muezzins, and other officials in Haram were Turks. When the area is Arab and a Turk is sitting in every government position, one day or the other the reaction came. Therefore, first of all, it should be well understood that Arab nationalism is not temporary but permanent. This has now settled in the mood of the Arab world. And so the Muslim world has now suffered from the permanent division of Arabs and non-Arabs. At least among the Arabs, they are united under the banner of Arabism. While Ajam is in complete disarray. Because it is not a single nationality.
Therefore, the Arabs do not accept Ajam’s interference in their affairs at all. If you have noticed, Saudi Arabia has been showing sympathy only to the Muslims of India and Pakistan for the last seventy years. Be it in the form of free oil or financial assistance. It is indifferent to the rest of the Ajam world. The reason for his sympathy with us is that he does not forget the kindness of the Indian Muslims when before the era of oil, the Nawabs of United India used to send their entire Zakat to Makkah and Madinah Munawara and that was the livelihood of the people there.
According to him, the Palestine problem is an internal problem of the Arabs. No foreign country is allowed to take a leading or decisive role in it. We are not just talking in the air, but when Maulana Fazlur Rahman visited Egypt as the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly and told Hosni Mubarak.
“We support you on the Palestine issue, you should also support us on the Kashmir issue.”
So Hosni Mubarak said clearly:
“We have never asked you for support on the Palestine issue. Why are you mentioning this favor?”
On the Palestinian issue, the Arabs say to foreign countries that if they need it, they will ask for your help. And this assistance will be a state-to-state affair only. You will have no contact with our civilians. That is, you will not have any connection with Arab organizations. For example, Saudi Arabia was the leading donor of the war fought against the Soviet Union. Then, with the permission of the Arab countries, the Arab civilians came to fight here, so they made a regular organizational structure. Two or three big names were among them. As soon as the war ended and the Arab countries gave up their patronage of these civilians, Pakistan also had to give up. Our intelligence agencies have completely cut ties with these Arabs. Some of them must have settled permanently in Pakistan, but the ISI remained indifferent to them.
Even today, even Sunni countries like Pakistan and Turkey are not allowed to associate with any Palestinian organization, so what is the value of Iran, with whom they have a relationship of hatred? Therefore, it should be well understood that Hamas is not taking any help from Iran, nor is Iran giving it. There is a slight connection, that too because Lebanon’s Hezbollah is also a stakeholder against Israel, so there is a need for coordination. Yes, Hezbollah is definitely under the influence of Iran and it receives all kinds of resources from there.
An important fact should also be understood what is the reason for Iran’s interest in Palestine? This interest is not at all due to the Palestinian citizens i۔e۔ Muslims. You cannot show in their entire history that they have helped any Sunni country or group. From Afghanistan to Syria, you will always find Iran the supporter of the Shia school of thought. Iran’s only interest in Palestine is because of Bait al-Maqdis.
Bait al-Maqdis is the only one of the three major holy centers that Iran can get. And Iranians are acutely aware that they have 12 Imams, but not even one Qiblah. This is why the title of his interest in Palestine has always been “Al Quds”. According to Hamas, the real problem is the Muslim and his land. Jerusalem is second in priority for Palestinians and this is completely according to Islam.
The notion that the Islamic world is indifferent to the Palestinian issue is completely wrong. The Arabs themselves have fought three unsuccessful wars against Israel over this issue. With these three major military defeats, the Arabs concluded that success in this problem is now possible in two ways. One is that Muslims should develop and become a world power. Or that another world power emerges and replaces the West. Because the whole West is the guarantor of Israel’s survival.
The first case could not be done, but the second case has started to be implemented. This world has practically become a multipolar world since 2017. This has started to be expressed very openly and now America has also accepted that we are not the only superpower in this world. Therefore, the settlement of the Arabs with Iran in Beijing before the attack of Hamas makes it clear that the Arabs have made progress towards the second option regarding the Palestinian issue.
Consider the fact that just a few months after the Saudi Arabia-Iran deal was settled, the Saudi crown prince suddenly revealed that secret talks were underway between Saudi Arabia and Israel, which resulted in the two countries being close to a peace agreement. Did Saudi Arabia make a similar disclosure even when negotiations with Iran were going on in Beijing? From there, the news of direct signing became the first news. In our view, the disclosure of the peace agreement with Israel by the Saudi Crown Prince and the attack by Hamas are interconnected. And in this chapter, the Saudis have shown Israel to be defeated both politically and militarily. Instead of being worried, Israel cheered with joy at the revelation of the Saudi Crown Prince. Netanyahu expressed his happiness by giving an interview. And just a week after that interview, Hamas surprised them by attacking.
See another point. A formal COIC conference was held where it was proposed to cut the Israeli supply line from the Red Sea. OIC came out as a good kid in the eyes of the world with a stand that the supply line would not be cut. And what happens is that as soon as the conference ends, the Houthis embark on a mission to cut the supply line as a “non-state actor”. The other side of the Red Sea is a long Saudi coast. The Saudi Navy does not interfere in this mission of the Houthis. Not only this, but the Houthis use Saudi airspace for attacks on Israel while Saudis do not even formally protest.
This is not trivial. His sensitivity can be better understood from another aspect. When a country launches only one missile for a ballistic missile test, it informs all neighboring countries three days in advance. Also, on the day of the experiment, the airspace is closed for all types of aircraft to avoid any accidents. So far, hundreds of Houthi missiles have gone to Israel from Saudi airspace. Often dozens of missiles have been launched at the same time. No plane was hit in Saudi airspace. Why? Because the Saudi airspace was empty during these attacks.
Most importantly, the Houthis have targeted several Israeli ships in the Red Sea. These ships were not using Israeli identification. They also came from distant countries. How did the Houthis get this intelligence information that which ship is Israeli? It cannot be the work of Iranian intelligence alone. Because we know how weak their position is. Their counterintelligence system is so bad that Israel has killed a dozen of their scientists so far. Pakistan has also run the nuclear program. Can any of its scientists ever hit?
This is the first time that Muslims are moving forward with a coherent strategy on the Palestinian issue. The leadership role belongs to the Arab countries, especially Saudi Arabia. While Pakistan, Iran, and Turkey are just one step behind in the sorting roll. If you think about it, Iran, Pakistan, and Turkey are the key names in the possibility of a big war in the Gulf at the global level. What does this mean? It has become a division as to who will be on the front in a possible big war. Now, there is no need to say that the regular major forces in the Islamic world are with these three countries. So the request is to stop false propaganda against your governments. If you do not know anything, it is your fault, not the Muslim rulers.
