KARACHI The opening ceremony of Pakistan Super League 9 will be held today while the first match to be broadcast at 8 pm will be played between Islamabad United and Lahore Qalandars.
According to the details, the festival of the 9th season of Pakistan Super League will be organized from today. The first match will be between the defending champions Lahore and Islamabad at Gaddafi Stadium which can be watched live tonight at 8 pm.
The Super League will begin with a colorful opening ceremony before the first PSL match. Famous artists of the country Ali Zafar, Arif Lohar, Aima Beg, and Noori will unleash their magic of voice, fireworks and a laser show will also be held at the event.
The time of the opening ceremony has been set at 6:30 pm which will be held at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore. Fans will be able to enter the cricket stadium from 3:30 pm. Before the opening ceremony, players from all over the world joined the PSL teams.
All the teams involved in PSL 9 are ready for cricket. This year’s PSL 9 starting from February 17, the final of the event consisting of 34 T20 matches will be held on March 18 in Karachi. Preparations for the inauguration ceremony have been completed.
