Singer-turned-actor Haroon Shahid has revealed the dark side of the music industry of Pakistan and shared that many big star singers exploit small musicians.
The Do Bol actor was a guest on ‘The Alien’ show where he talked about some injustices of the music industry and shared that he knows many prominent star singers who earn crores for their shows and still exploit small musicians.
He said he knows people who would not even pay Rs 30,000 to a musician though they may have earned millions.

According to him, this is a dark side of the industry and there are no standards about how much a musician should be paid resulting in more exploitation by big stars.
Haroon is among many other music stars who shifted from the music industry towards acting. Shahid made his acting debut with the Shoaib Mansoor film ‘Verna’.
He later came towards dramas and has not looked back since starring in dramas like Do Bol and Qayamat. He is a full-time actor now and audiences love to watch him.
