LAHORE: Dr. Sardar Sarfaraz. Chief Meteorologist at Pakistan Meteorological Department has said that there is no danger of the Biporjoy cyclone hitting the Sindh capital directly.
Talking to a private TV, Dr. Sardar Sarfaraz said that a cyclone had formed on the evening of June 6, the cyclone is still 340 kilometers south of Karachi, and the direction of the cyclone is changing now, its track is towards the north. The track is likely to turn northeast tomorrow morning he informed.

On the other hand, in view of the possible arrival of Beeper Joy, the intermediate exams scheduled for today and tomorrow in Karachi have been postponed. Educational examinations were also postponed in 9 districts of Sindh under the Hyderabad Board. The board administration says that the new date of the papers will be announced later.
