As the Supreme Court resumed hearing the elections delay case Wednesday morning, Irfan Qadir appeared and introduced himself as lawyer representing the Election Commission of Pakistan. Responding to his introduction, Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandia said ‘you can’t represent ECP’.
