Former captain Shahid Afridi has refused to wear a shirt with a betting company logo on it.
The incident occurred during the Legends Cricket League, in which Shahid Afridi led the Asian Lions team against the Gambhir-led Maharajas and despite the possibility of facing fines from the organizers, he concealed the logo on his shirt.
This video has been widely shared on social media, with Afridi’s kind act receiving immense admiration from fans.

The Asian Lions team included Pakistan legends such as Misbah-ul-Haq, Shoaib Akhtar, Sohail Tanvir, Abdul Razzaq, and Sri Lankan cricketers.
The India Maharajas were captained by Gautam Gambhir and comprised players such as Murali Vijay, Irfan Pathan, Robin Uthappa, Harbhajan Singh, and Muhammad Kaif.
