Season 6 of Virgin River to premiere on December 19th: A wedding, parenthood, and big surprises

“It’s time for the wedding season,” says Smith. “We’ve been building toward it, and it felt like the perfect event to focus on.” Despite the challenges, Mel and Jack’s love story will take center stage as they plan their future together. Smith describes the production as “very Virgin River,” reflecting the team’s dedication to delivering a season fans will love.

In addition to the wedding, Season 6 will explore Mel and Jack’s journey toward parenthood, with the couple also transforming Lilly’s (Lynda Boyd) farm into their dream home. Following the Christmas-themed finale of Season 5, Season 6 picks up a few months later, bringing fresh surprises and growth for the residents of Virgin River as the season moves deeper into spring.
