MUMBAI: Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan, who is an avid social media user, was once again trending after he featured in an ad campaign for the streaming platform Disney+Hotstar, letting his fans confused.

In the shared video, the Chennai Express superstar can be seen discussing his experience with FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) after learning that prominent B Town! stars such as Saif Ali Khan, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn have made their way to the digital platform.

The ad was first shared by filmmaker Karan Johar who captioned it as, “Never thought I’d see the day when even the Baadshah of Bollywood feels FOMO, Now I’ve seen everything!!”

In the video, Raees actor is seen standing on his balcony with actor Rajesh Jais by his side and waved at fans. Rajesh suggested that, “All the other stars have their shows and movies on Disney+ Hotstar including Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan”.

With an upset face, Shah Rukh asks him, “Everyone is there?” and Rajesh told him, “Not everyone is there. Sir you.” Retweeting it, the Baadshah himself wrote, “Picture toh abhi baaki hai mere doston #SiwaySRK”.

Meanwhile, an Indian media outlet while quoting sources reported that Shah Rukh Khan will indeed be making his digital debut with Disney+Hotstar. The superstar has signed a web series that will exclusively stream on the platform.

Shah Rukh Khan is currently shooting for filmmaker Atlee’s yet-untitled movie with South star Nayanthara. Besides, the actor is also working on Siddharth Anand’s action film Pathan with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.
