Initial postmortem reveals rape before murder of 5-year-old girl

In a shocking incident from Karachi’s Liaquatabad area, a five-year-old girl’s dead body was found, whose postmortem report has confirmed rape, according to national media.

The police surgeon has confirmed that the initial postmortem report has confirmed the rape of the 5-year-old girl, and samples were collected from the body of the minor girl for chemical analysis.

The cause of her death will be revealed after the final postmortem report. According to Karachi police, the dead body of the girl was found in a stream in Liaquatabad. The family members have also confirmed her being captured.

The family members have stated that they saw a lady taking her in a CCTV video. The dead body of the girl was unrecognizable, according to police; her sister recognized her by her hair.

She lived in the Sachal area of Sikandar Goth and had been missing since Tuesday from her home. The First Information Report (FIR) was also registered after she went missing.
