RAWALPINDI: A 12-year-old girl Fatima Anwar Masih’s parents have demanded the registration of an FIR against the accused who allegedly abducted the girl on May 6 from Gulraiz Colony of Rawalpindi.
According to sources, the girl Fatima Anwar Masih was allegedly abducted by a boy named Amjad, a chicken seller from Jhang on May 6 in Gulraiz Colony of Rawalpindi. However, the police have not yet registered a case despite several complaints.
The victim and relatives staged a demonstration against the police for not registration of FIR against the criminals involved in kidnapping, sources added.
The girl’s parents alleged that the “Police are threatening us and we are told to get out of the police station. No complaint will be taken in this regard”. They said “The Hindus are being targeted particularly in this district, which is condemnable.”
