ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that in the time of crisis, we would remain steadfast with Afghanistan.
The prime minister in a tweet posted that he has given instructions to open the Chaman-Spin Boldak border and let trucks crossover into Afghanistan.
Despite global pandemic of COVID 19, we remain committed to supporting our Afghan brothers & sisters. I have given instructions to open the Chaman-Spinboldak border & let trucks crossover into Afghanistan. In time of crisis, we remain steadfast with Afghanistan.

Pakistan in the wake of rising cases of coronavirus in the country closed its borders with Iran and Afghanistan closed for two more weeks.
Trade and all other activities at the Taftan border with Iran and Chaman border with Afghanistan had halted for two weeks as precautionary measures against the coronavirus outbreak.
The novel coronavirus has spread to more than 123 countries across the globe, reaching the death toll over 2,835 and infecting 85,000, mostly in China.
