Robert Clarence Irwin, 21, is an Australian conservationist, television presenter, zookeeper, wildlife photographer, and actor.
He is the son of Steve Irwin, and is often noted by fans to share similarities with his late father. Irwin currently co-hosts the Network 10 reality program I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here alongside Julia Morris.
He previously hosted Robert’s Real Life Adventures, a program on his family zoo’s internal television network, and the Discovery Kids Channel television series Wild But True as well as co-creating the book series Robert Irwin: Dinosaur Hunter. He starred on the Animal Planet series Crikey! It’s the Irwins with his mother, Terri, and sister, Bindi, from 2018–2022.
Irwin works at the Australia Zoo, where he is involved in activities that his late father originally did, such as wrestling crocodiles, handling snakes, and feeding the zoo’s animals. In September 2024, Irwin and Nomzamo Mbatha became the first two Earthshot Prize Global Ambassadors.
He is currently making headlines for his bold new venture as the face of Bonds Underwear’s campaign. Known for his work as a conservationist and television presenter, Robert has stepped into the modeling world, posing in underwear alongside reptiles such as snakes and spiders for a campaign aimed at launching the Australian brand in the U.S. market.

In addition to modeling, Robert is co-hosting the Australian version of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! alongside Julia Morris. He has also opened up about his personal life, revealing that he is single and optimistic about finding love, possibly at Australia Zoo, where his family has had serendipitous romantic encounters in the past.
According to the Daily Mail, Robert was privately dating fellow Australia Zoo worker Charlotte Briggs until February.

The pair were first linked back in July 2024 after they were spotted in Sydney together. The outlet reported that Robert was doing his best to keep the relationship a “secret” but it fizzled out while he was busy hosting competition show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
“I am pretty sure that everyone on the set of I’m A Celebrity noticed Robert was acting more single as the shoot went on,” a source alleged.
“The time apart was proof [Robert] isn’t ready for a full-blown relationship and things are only getting more hectic for the host,” a source close to Charlotte claimed.
Robert previously dated Rorie Buckey, the niece of late Australian actor Heath Ledger, for a little over a year. Buckey is the daughter of the Oscar winner’s sister, Kate.
The couple were first linked in November 2022 when The Daily Mail Australia photographed them on a date night in Queensland, Australia.
