About Miley Cyrus’ ‘River’
Cyrus has spoken about how she crafted the album as a love letter to Los Angeles and divided it into A.M. and P.M. vibes.
‘River’, the seventh among 13 tracks on the album, feels like the changeover.
It’s a sweaty dance floor banger filled with glossy synths that would have made ‘Ray of Light’-era Madonna proud.
