The weekend is here and so are the newly released titles streaming on Netflix.
Here is a list of series and movies that have been recently released on OTTs like Netflix and Amazon Prime which you can watch this weekend:
1) What Jennifer Did
Netflix’s ‘What Jennifer Did’, is a 90-minute true crime documentary that delivers a jaw-dropping shocker. What looks at first to the viewer like a random home invasion morphs into something much more ominous; as the title suggests, it quickly becomes clear that the titular Jennifer knew much more about what happened, and why, than she initially lets on.
2) Unlocked: A Jail Experiment
The documentary explores what happens when inmates are given more independence rather than being kept under lock and key.
3) Anthracite
The plot of the limited series format is indeed intriguing: the body of a young woman is found in the French Alps, and it’s quickly hinted that her death may be tied to a mass suicide that happened at that same place 30 years ago.
4) Queen of Tears
The series depicts the dizzying crisis and miraculous rekindling of love between Hong Hae-in, a third-generation chaebol heiress of Queens Group, and Baek Hyun-woo, the son of farmers from Yongdu-ri, and their three years of marriage.
You can watch episode 13 and 14 tonight and tomorrow.
5) The Grimm Variations
The Grimm Variations is an upcoming Japanese anime anthology series that is based on the Brothers Grimm fairy tales.
