KARACHI: The meteorological department has predicted rain again in Karachi from today.
The Meteorological Department said that there will be rain with thunder from today till August 9. This will be the fourth spell of monsoon rains. There is also a fear of urban flooding in the city due to heavy rain.
The fourth spell of monsoon has started in Sindh. Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Badin, Umarkot, and surrounding areas received thundershowers. Rain is also likely in Azad Kashmir, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Balochistan. Rain is likely in Islamabad with thunder.
There is a possibility of rain in Potohar, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sahiwal, Okada and Sialkot regions. There is a possibility of rain in Narowal, Mandi Bahauddin, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, and Bahawalnagar.

Rain is expected in Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas, Thatta, Badin, Hyderabad, and Karachi. Heavy rain is also likely at a few places in Mirpur Khas, Umarkot, and surrounding areas.
Rain is expected in Dir, Chitral, Swat, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Mardan, Peshawar, Kohat, Malakand, Khyber, and Kurram. In Gilgit-Baltistan, there is a chance of rain with strong winds and thundershowers. Rain is also expected in Sidhanoti, Poonch, Bagh, Haveli, Hattian Bala, Muzaffarabad, and Neelum Valley.
