LONDON: Many entertainment venues which were closed due to the COVID-19 will be reopened in England from 4th July.
Cinemas, museums, and galleries will be reopened from the upcoming month as safety measures are in place. These centres were closed since the middle of March.
UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is also due to set out how pubs can safely reopen following a review of the 2m distancing rule.
Health Secretary Matt Hancock said that England was clearly on track to further ease lockdown restrictions. However, he warned that the moves would be reversed if they led to a surge in new infections.
The number of daily virus deaths fell to the lowest since 15th March. Coronavirus has bestowed grief on tens of thousands of families and is bringing recession to the whole UK.
Moreover, Hollywood is also planning to head back to the big screen as cinemas will be reopened after more than three months due to the coronavirus crises in the United States.
Following the reopening of theatre, Russell Crowe’s road rage thriller ‘Unhinged’ will be released on 10th July, It is set to be the first wide release since US theaters shut their doors in mid-March.
