Two terrorists killed in CTD encounter
PESHAWAR: Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) personnel claimed to have killed two alleged terrorists linked with a banned outfit in Tank district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during an encounter.
According to a spokesperson of CTD police, on a tip-off, the CTD team signaled a vehicle to stop on Tatoor Road in Tank however, the terrorists opened fire on the police.
During the shootout, for some time the terrorists killed sustained bullet injuries and killed on the spot. The CTD team recovered weapons, ammunition, explosive materials from their possession.
