KARACHI: Two men who were critically injured in a firing incident in North Karachi died during treatment at a private hospital, police confirmed.

According to initial police information, the victims were targeted and shot. The incident took place within the jurisdiction of the Sir Syed police station in Karachi’s Central District.
Both injured men were shifted to Aga Khan Hospital, where they succumbed to their wounds during treatment.
Police sources said one of the victims worked for an estate agency, while the other was a lawyer by profession.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident and are examining the case from different angles.
