A shocking case of deception has unfolded in Dhamial, where police booked a man and a woman for fabricating a serious rape allegations in Rawalpindi.
As per details, Police received an emergency call reporting a sexual assault by a Bykea rider, Waqar Khan, who told helpline 15 that a sexual assault had taken place at Banni Stop.
When Assistant Sub-Inspector Rizwan Awan reached the spot, Khan was missing and his phone was off. However, police found a woman identifying herself as Shahana Kausar.
She claimed that a local man named Shahid lured her inside his house, threatened her with a pistol, and raped her after she sought his financial help.
Finding her narrative highly suspicious, the police initiated an immediate inquiry. During deep questioning by a female constable, the woman finally cracked and revealed her real name was Musarrat Ghafoor.

She openly confessed that no torture or assault took place. She admitted to fabricating the entire incident at the specific behest of a man named Raja Riasat to frame Shahid.
Musarrat then intentionally used the ride-hailing driver to call the emergency helpline. Police have now officially filed a criminal case against these two specific individuals for spinning this dangerous web of lies.
