Tips to stay hydrated in busy routine

It is important to stay hydrated as failing to drink enough water can cause dehydration and adverse symptoms, including fatigue, headache, weakened immunity, and dry skin.

We all know we need to drink more water, but it can be tough. How much is enough? So here are a few tips to stay hydrated in a busy routine:
