KARACHI: A case has been registered against the principals of three schools over violating the closure order issued by the Sindh authorities.
The orders were violated by the Suffa Grammar High School, Karachi Grammar Public School, and Mengal Islamia Public School.
The Sindh Government Department of Education issued to close all the schools till 30th May across the province, including Karachi due to the threat of the coronavirus.
The Suffa Grammar High School opened the school and violated the order. A complaint was filed against Principal Niaz Waleed Yasin Gul under FIR No. 154/2020 under section 188 Pakistan Penal Court and two more schools.
Sukhan Police Station in this regard arrested the principal Rashid Vlad Abdul Khaliq of the Karachi Grammar Public School in the Buffalo Colony Road No. 10. as it opened the school. The principal was arrested for a violation under FIR No. 176/2020 under Section 188 Pakistan Penal Court.
Similarly, the order was violated by the administration of Mengal Islamia Public School that is located at Labour Square, Buffalo Colony.
