SHIKARPUR: A teenager allegedly commits suicide after being denied of smartphone.
As per sources, a 15- year old boy from Miral Kolhoro village of Sindh’s Shikarpur district commits suicide after his parent’s refused him to buy a smartphone.
According to police investigation, the young boy named Irfan was demanding mobile from his parents from past several days to which his parents refused and he shot himself in head later.

Meanwhile, according to World Bank, suicide represents approximately 0.9% of all deaths happens in Pakistan. Almost 15 to 20 people end their life daily and the motive behind these incidents differ according to the situations of person he or she is mentally suffering from. Though, despite the alarming situation of incidents happening daily government should take some measure to prevent it.
