Bollywood actress Tamannaah Bhatia is ready to share the screen with co-star and Indian film hero John Abraham as his wife in their upcoming film, as reported by Indian media.
According to Instant Bollywood, Tamannaah Bhatia is going to play John Abraham’s on-screen wife in Rohit Shetty’s upcoming biopic, “Rakesh Maria.” She will portray Preeti Maria, the wife of former Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria, who will be played by John Abraham.

This marks their second collaboration, as they previously worked together in “Vedaa,” where she shared the screen with John Abraham, while Tamannaah Bhatia is considered a highly praised actress of South Indian cinema, who debuted in Bollywood in the year 2013 when she worked with Ajay Devgn.
Tamannaah Bhatia made her Bollywood debut with the film Himmatwala, which was released in 2013. The movie was a remake of the 1983 film of the same name and was directed by Sajid Khan.
In Himmatwala, Tamannaah starred opposite Ajay Devgn, playing the role of a strong-willed woman named Sridevi, who is caught in a tumultuous relationship with the male lead.
She will also appear in Raid 2, going to be released on 1st May 2025, while she worked on past films like Sikandar Ka Muqaddar, Stree 2, Jailer, and Babli Bouncer, as well as other films during her over-a-decade-long career.
