Sindh govt to announce package for due payments of KDA employees: Nasir Shah

KARACHI: Sindh Minister for Information and Local Government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has said the provincial government will announce a special package for dues payment of the Karachi Development Authority (KDA) employees.

While addressing members of the KDA Governing Body at the KDA office he said Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had directed to resolve the issues of employees’ salaries as well as pension on priority.

The minister said that the KDA would be equipped to provide relief to the people. Nasir Hussain Shah also directed the officers to accord top priority to the work of the general public.

The minister further said that the visitors at the KDA office should not be bothered for any reason and they must be facilitated. People should not be compelled to visit offices again and again for the resolution to their issues, Nasir Shah.

He said that issues of the people would be resolved and ghost employees from KDA would be removed. The minister said that the Sindh government was making every effort to redress the grievances of the people of the province.

He added that the people complained against the pathetic behavior of the concerned officials in different government departments, adding that these complaints had not only been noted, but they were also being addressed swiftly.

Nasir Hussain Shah said that the Sindh government would also welcome and cooperate with the federal government in any of its endeavors towards the betterment of the people of Sindh.
