Australian former cricketer Shane Watson, while recalling the performance of Shoaib Akhtar, praised and shared a video of Akhtar’s bowling.
In a message released on the social networking site Twitter, cricketer Shane Watson has praised the world’s fastest bowler Shoaib Akhtar.
On the same day in 2002, Akhtar, who is famously known as the Rawalpindi Express became the first speedster to reach 100 mph. He gave a great ball to New Zealand cricketer Craig McMillan in an ODI match in Lahore. To this, Watson wrote in his tweet, “What a way to spend my 21st birthday!! @shoaib100mph was so good and so bloody fast!!”

It should be noted that Shoaib Akhtar, also known as ‘Rawalpindi Express’, is one of the fastest bowlers in the world. With his tough demeanor and crude pace, the fast bowler has dominated many great batsmen including Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Brian Lara, and Ricky Ponting. Shoaib Akhtar took 178 wickets in 46 Tests, 247 wickets in 163 ODIs, and 19 wickets in 15 T20s.
