Season 3 of Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives brought a new dynamic with Delhi socialites Shalini Passi, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, and Kalyani Saha Chawla joining Mumbai stalwarts Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Pandey, Neelam Kothari, and Seema Sajdeh.
According to a report by Indian Express, dubbed the ultimate “Delhi vs Mumbai” face-off, the season even rebranded its title to Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives. Among the ensemble cast, Shalini Passi, an art collector, singer, dancer, writer, fashion enthusiast, swimmer, and philanthropist, stood out.

Shalini, the founder of MASH, an organization bridging art, architecture, design, and fashion, addressed a peculiar rumor during an interview with Bombay Times. Dismissing claims of a hair transplant, she shared, “I’ve shaved my hair in Tirupati four times, and it always grows back.” She emphasized her gratitude for healthy hair, highlighting her naturally consistent hair texture.
Regarding old photos circulating online, Shalini said they had already been on social media and saw the attention as an outpouring of love rather than an invasion of privacy. She added, “I love it when little girls have ‘Sassy-Passi Parties’ wearing hairbands and clips. It’s heartwarming to see a generation of ‘Shalinians’ inspired by me.”
Shalini lives with her husband, businessman Sanjay Passi, and their son Robin in Delhi’s exclusive Golf Links area. Passionate about philanthropy, she actively supports underprivileged children, including working with the Delhi Society for the Welfare of Special Children.
