Recently, Shahid Kapoor’s father, Pankaj Kapoor, appeared on the popular Indian podcast The Lallantop Show, where he spoke about his Pakistani background.
Talking about it, Shahid Kapoor’s father said, “Our grandfather had a transferable job, so he often moved from one place to another. However, we were told that our family originally belonged to a city in Pakistan, “Hafizabad,” where the Kapoor family lived together as a joint family.
Since we were already living here during the partition, we didn’t face any problems.
He further added that his father was a great writer, a popular speaker, and a magazine editor at FC College, Lahore, which was a combined Indo-Pak college and the most stylish one.
