Seven Ways To Prevent And Cure Cancer!

KARACHI: Cancer, a disease, also called malignancy is the development of abnormal growth of cells that has the ability to destroy normal body tissue. There are more than 100 types of cancer, including breast cancer, skin cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, and lymphoma.
Cancer has the ability to spread throughout your body. This disease is the second-leading cause of deaths in the world. It is curable.
Symptoms
Signs and symptoms caused by cancer vary depending on what part of the body is affected:
Fatigue
Lump or felt under the skin
Weight changes, including unintended loss or gain
Skin changes, such as yellowing, darkening or redness of the skin
Persistent cough or trouble breathing
Difficulty swallowing
Persistent indigestion or discomfort after eating
Muscle or joint pain
Unexplained fevers or night sweats
Bleeding or bruising
Causes
Consumption of salt
Smoking and use of tobacco
Obesity
Lack of exercise
Excessive alcohol consumption
Environmental pollution
Excessive exposure to the sun
Prevention
There’s no certain way to prevent cancer. But taking such measures can reduce the cancer risk:
Quit smoking. 
Avoid excessive sun exposure. 
Eat a healthy and balanced diet. 
Exercise most days of the week. 
Maintain a healthy weight. 
Drink alcohol in moderation. 
Schedule cancer screening exams.
