Session court refuses bail plea of PTM's Manzoor Pashteen
PESHAWAR: A session court has rejected the bail plea and ordered to shift Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) leader Manzoor Pashteen to a Dera Ismail Khan prison, a one day after he was detained and sent to Peshawar Central Prison on a 14-day judicial remand.
District and sessions judge Muhammad Younis received the request from the DI Khan police for permission to move the PTM chief to DI Khan, where the first report of information (FIR) was registered against him.

His lawyers including Shahab Khattak, Farhat Afridi and Advocate Fazl defended Pashteen, who was not presented in court during today’s proceedings. The court had denied their appeal for a transit bail for Pashteen.
After Manzoor Pashteen is moved to DI Khan, he is supposed to be brought before a judicial magistrate for physical remand
Earlier on Monday, Police arrested the PTM chief  Manzoor Pashteen from Shaheen District, Peshawar in the early morning.
