Section 144 imposed in Peshawar for ten days

PESHAWAR: The district administration on Saturday imposed section 144 in Peshawar over security threats.

As per details, the district administration issued the notification regarding section 144.

According to the statement, section 144 has been in effect for 10 days in the provincial capital due to security concerns.

For the next ten days, gatherings of more than five persons are prohibited in Peshawar.

Earlier, the death toll in the Peshawar mosque blast climbed to 100 after more bodies were retrieved from the wreckage by the rescue teams.
