KARACHI: The Balochistan government has announced to close all public and private educational institutes till 15th March after two cases of Coronavirus disease confirmed in Sindh.
The move came after when the Sindh government last night ordered closing all the schools in the province till Friday to avoid the Coronavirus disease. The federal government had also closed its Taftan border with Iran.
Pakistan last night detected its first two cases of coronavirus days after Islamabad closed its land border with Iran, where 19 people have died from the virus.
The first positive case was reported in Karachi in a 22-year-old male with a history of travel to Iran where he has acquired the virus. The virus has up till now spread to more than 30 countries, killing over 2,700 and infecting 80,000, mostly in China.
