Chairman PTI’s lawyer Uzair Bhandari, giving arguments, said, “I want to clarify, my arguments will only be against the military trial of civilians, I have nothing to do with the issue of trial against soldiers, DG ISPR said in the press conference yesterday that the trial is going on, DG ISPR’s press conference contradicts the Attorney General’s statement.”
In response to the petitioner’s lawyer, the Attorney General has said that he will stand by his statement even today, the trial of any civilian has not started in the military courts, to which the Chief Justice of Pakistan replied that the Attorney General, ‘we believe what you say’.
