The Secretary General of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Salman Akram Raja, has denied the statement that the party has made a deal with the government amid negotiations.
According to a report by Geo News on Sunday, Secretary General Salman Akram Raja stated that there is no connection between the decision in the Al-Qadir Trust case and the ongoing negotiations, while the decision against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi was postponed today.
After the hearing of the Al-Qadir Trust case, while speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, Salman Akram Raja stated that their negotiations with the government were continuing and that there was no connection between the Al-Qadir Trust case and the negotiations whatsoever.
The Secretary General stated that the claim that a deal was made and that this is the reason for the postponement of the case is absolutely wrong; the purpose of the negotiations with the government is democracy. It has been reported that the third round of negotiations will take place on January 15 of this month.
On the other hand, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan stated that he can see it written in fate that justice is not being served. If justice had been served, the decision in the Al-Qadir Trust case against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi should have come much earlier.
