Saudi Arabia’s national airline Riyadh Air has launched the “Nawat Cabin Crew Programme” to promote national talent in the aviation sector, a move expected to create extensive new employment opportunities.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, Riyadh Air is rapidly expanding its operations, and the primary objective of the programme is to integrate thousands of Saudi citizens into the aviation industry while providing them with advanced professional training.
Reports state that the programme has been specifically designed to offer practical experience and long-term career opportunities, enabling participants to receive training in line with international standards.
The airline said that the initiative is expected to create employment opportunities for thousands of Saudi men and women in the coming years.
Riyadh Air has invited Saudi nationals aged 21 and above, particularly those with a passion for hospitality and customer service, to apply for the programme.
According to Nahar Al-Juhani, Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Business Partnership, the airline remains committed to developing sustainable national talent within the aviation sector.
