KARACHI: There is a series of light and heavy rains in Sindh including various areas of Karachi such as Malir, Model Colony, Airport, Shahrah Faisal, Sadar, and Korangi, the rain has been going on intermittently since late at night.
According to rescue sources, five people including children and women were injured when the plaster of a house fell in the Shah Faisal Golden Town area.
On the other hand, after the heavy rains in Khairpur, the rivers flooded and the low-lying areas were flooded, while the electricity supply was also badly affected.

Whereas the destruction due to rains continues, problems are also arising, which include problems have been faced in the delivery of vegetables and the quantity has also decreased due to which the price of vegetables has increased in different cities. Rains are also expected to affect rice production in Badin, floods have devastated Gharo, and hundreds of villages have been affected by floods in Rajanpur.
It should be remembered that the Meteorological Department has predicted rain across the country including Karachi, Hyderabad, and Mirpurkhas.
