A summary of the presidential reference against the horse-trading has been sent to Prime Minister Imran Khan, and the same will be filed in the Supreme Court (SC) on Monday (today).

According to sources, the summary was sent to PM by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs on the direction of Parliamentary Affairs Advisor Dr. Babar Awan, while the draft of the presidential reference was received by the prime minister.

Before filing the reference in the apex court, approval will be sought from the Federal Cabinet. The Cabinet Division will send a circulation summary to the Federal Ministers for approval of the reference.
