KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Karachi division has strongly condemned the anti-state slogans, allegedly raised by some protestors in front of Karachi Press Club on Sunday.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi today (Monday), PTI President Karachi Khurram Sher Zaman has demanded that Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah should take notice of the case. “A treason case should be registered against the RAW-funded protestors,” he added.
Talking about Sindh, the Member of provincial assembly lamented over the lingusitc politics, saying that Pakistan People’s Party and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has destroyed the province. “We will always stand by our Sindhi brothers and are against the partition of Sindh,” he added.
Khurram Sher Zaman further said that Sindh province was standing on the mountain of corruption. “The people of Sindh suffered an irreparable loss due to the Sindh government,” he added.
Additionally, he said, coronavirus screening tests were not being offered at every hospital in Sindh, which added to the people’s suffering, while medical facilities were not being made available to the poor at hospitals that had been established on amenity plots.
The PTI leader also claimed that the Sindh government refused the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) offer to install a gas pipeline due to the shortage of 200 MCF of gas. “PPP is responsible for load shedding of electricity and gas in the city,” he added.
